A really nice sturdy pillow, which I hoped would help with some cervical spine issues that I have however, the smell is unbearable. According to ChatGPT, it is known as offgassing for this particular type of material. I’ve tried to let it “air out” since unpacking it but it still smells
My neck pain is gone first night i used this pillow. Love it so far.
I suffer from neck pain. I’m a side sleeper. I’m petite like 5” I tried this pillow and I wake up feeling pain in my shoulders😳. I believe it’s because the pillow has a shape that blocks my shoulders. I tried 3 nights and was the same. No pain at all on my neck, but it was in my shoulders. I had to returned it. I don’t want to recommend it for side sleepers.
