Got mine a week ago and it works great! You have to get used to using the machine. The clicks in the extender are key. They engage the extender, so you have to make sure you hear a click before the extender roller will engage. Also, I sprayed my roller mechanism with WD40 which helped it operate smoother, it was a little tight but operates fine now. Great machine and it really works and brings relief to your hips and back.

I will be returning this item, as it does not suit my needs as I had hoped it would. Thank you.

I have 4 herniated discs two of which are pretty bad. I've only used it 5 times and it does seem to work and provide relief but I'm still getting used to developing a routine that works best for me without overdoing it. I only wish it had a donut hole to rest my face to make it easier to lie on my stomach which I feel is a more effective stretch. Otherwise I'm impressed with its sturdiness and ease of use as well as easy adjustability so other family members can use it as well.

Works better than the inversion table I used to own and much more comfortable. While it does stretch the lumbar as I hoped it is unclear how to best make use of the machine due to limited (no) instruction. Hope to continue to see improved results to offset the significant cost

Being 6 5’ I had severe sciatic pain to the point that I thought I would have to retire from my job. Using this table daily has made my pain completely go away. It literally saved my life. It’s the best thing I have ever gotten for myself.

It is hard to turn the handle so clumsy and awkward to reach. I wish I’d never bought it. It was a lot of money to not be very user friendly.

So hard and clumsy to crank the handle. The material that you lay on is not easy for the machine to follow use as you are able to crank the handle to extend the legs. Needs a better extension process.

Wish the arm holders held the upper body better or there was a better way to hold my upper body. I'm 6'2" so gotta hang my head off the back of the bench or the extension maxes out before I'm fully stretched. It does feel pretty good though!!

The idea is good however the execution is limited i would say I'm 6 foot even and the device barley worked on me my wife about 4 inches shorter and she couldn't really find a comfortable spot that stretched her back out either

I have used an inversion table in the past. I thought since I am older now 70+, I would be better off with this product. It’s awkward, difficult to make adjustments, very uncomfortable lying totally flat and heavy. I will give it a try. Maybe a slight incline on the bench or where the feet go might make it easier.
