This was the easiest and best solution to improving the sound of my television. It is very affordable, simple to use and very easy to setup. Very pleased with this purchase and actually bought a second.

Is this a bad device. No. It’s work ok, hardware is ok, maybe a 4k stick speed. So why the 1 star. I have multiple versions of roku’s soundbars. This is terrible quality comparatively. The sound is poor, the hardware is slow, and they ship with a IR remote. I don’t mind this is an option but with Roku discontinuing the better options, this is a clear money grab downgrade. Roku should be ashamed.
The primary reason for buying this was to get audio that was better than the TV speakers. In addition, I thought that this streambar would improved sound quality. I also thought that the audio would be clearer, crisper. I also found that I had to adjust the volume each time I changed the TV input, and was unable to fine tune the settings. Instead of having a device the would improve sound quality, what I have muddy, difficult to understand audio. I have been forced to remove this, connect a Roku stick, and go back to using the TV’s speakers.My recommendation to get a real soundbar and a separate Roku device.
Great product, works well and is easy to use. Excellent sound, good options and controls
Soundbar works fine with my old remote. Roku was unable to offer effective service or replacement for new remote which came with soundbar. Very disappointed. Would have returned entire package if my old remotes had not worked.

My wife purchased the roku stream bar for me a few months ago , and we are completely enjoying it . When watching anything from movies or just videos on YouTube it sounds as if you have your own theater system in your home . This product is a must have and definitely worth the bang for your buck . I strongly recommend this product 100%.
