Keurig K-Brew + Chill Coffee Maker

It was broken

Received unit with the Starter Kit. Four months in and attempting to make a pot of coffee results in a partial pot brewed and the "Add More Water" light begins blinking, stopping the process. The heating element comes on and I've got a basket of wasted coffee grounds and no way to continue the brewing process. It's a known issue as the site has "Troubleshooting" instructions, a sure sign this is a defect in the production of this model. Wanted to like this model but should have listened to all the negative reviews. Can't recomment this item.

I've had this brewer for over a year now, and in general it's a great machine and great Idea. It's brews great hot drinks, and very cold, cold drinks. But, my one complaint is that there is Extreme Flavor bleed from Cold Drinks to Hot drinks for some reason. Anytime we brew a Strawberry refresher for example, afterword's we use a cleaning pod or two, and run the rinse cycles probably 3 full water reservoirs worth, and our next 5 hot coffee's Still taste Fruity. Because of this, we avoid the cold drinks as much as possible, but that's almost impossible with a couple teenagers in the house. Next time we will keep them to separate machines to avoid this issue.

This is a birthday gift for our son as he requested this from us. I know he will enjoy it!

I bought the first one in April and it stopped working end of September. The water stops flowing into the pods, water over ran into the machine. I bought a 2nd one hoping it was a fluke. This one worked for 3 weeks and started doing the exact same thing. UGH!

It’s bigger than I thought but works well. I wasn’t aware I had to rinse after each cold brew but getting used to the brewer

Awesome Buy! Hot and Cold in one! Easy to use. Only negative is the noise of the chill feature.
