The dress is very nice, but I received it damaged from the zipper. This is a final sale, so there is no way to return it or exchange it. I would like to contact the seller or a way to solve this.

I have no use for the dress because it arrived after the promised date of sept 8. I called and attempted to have the order canceled, but your representative denied my request because she said it was a “final sale,” something I unfortunately did not see since I made the purchase from my phone. I’d like to return the dress.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sophisticated, flattering design. True to size. Fabric is quite stiff with more of a sheen to it than I realized. While the dress would have been appropriate for the formal wedding I will attend in the fall, I wound up returning it as the fabric just didn’t feel comfortable

I totally loved this dress!!! The only problem was that it is to big in the bust for me. I had to return for they do not have any smaller sizes.
