Cheap , fell apart

I got this ring for my Fiancé for our engagement. It was beautiful and affordable. You would think because of the brand that it was great quality but he’s only been wearing it for a week and the gold over the sterling silver is already wearing off. The ring looks amazing on, he was so happy with it until we started to notice the discoloration. We had to get it sized up from a 10 to a 12. When it was sized the original EFFY print on the inside of the band was gone. Not sure if sizing it up has taken away from the original quality but I am very disappointed that the color is fading and it’s only been a week!!
