Miko Snug Neck Massage Pillow with Memory Foam & Heat

I just received the product but my first impression from trying it a couple of times,is that it will be helpful to me.

I have used a few different neck massagers and had to send a couple back, but this one is the best I have used. It gets in just the right spots on my neck! It reaches the traps and up the side of my neck. It rotates in different ways and automatically changes the directions every few minutes. It also has heat, which is really nice, and you can conveniently change the heat setting and speed with buttons on the massage. I highly recommend this MIKO Snug Neck Massage. I bought it on TV, but I don't remember which show.

I was very happy with the neck massager the first few times I used it, but once it died I haven't been able to get it working again. When I plug it in there's no light indicator so I don't know if it's charging or not and no matter how long I keep it plugged it won't turn back on. Disappointed because I really loved the heated massage feature.

Great lite weight and compact compared to my other one from a different maker

What i don't like is that it shuts off in 15 minutes.

What a relief for my neck to use anytime I need it and not have to wait for a massage therapy appointment!

Haven't use massage feature yet, but forced to leave a review to register for warranty and just the neck pillowness is luxe and comfy with a nice weight to it.

My wife bought this for me because of my cervicle spine being injured back in 2009 from an IED blast. I've been through pain management, Rx narcotics, and even physical therapy. All are great except the are time consuming and appts take forever. This snug is the prefect on the go relief. Between the red light, heat, and massaging nodules it brings instant relaxation. The only negative (nothing is perfect in life) is I wish when clipped it would be a firmer grip for nudule contact and not need to hold the snug tighter by the straps. Other than that, great product.

This is a great product. I was highly impressed with how well it worked and it was well worth the money.
