I couldn't wait to get my new vibration platform as my last vibration platform I had broke and no parts available. I try to use the vibration platform every morning. I can feel the difference it makes which is why I try to use it first thing each day.

My chiropractor ordered 6 sessions on this machine because I fall alot.I loved the way it made me feel so I decided to buy one for home. I had to pay to use theirs.after six sessions I had spent half of the cost of buying my own.It was so easy to set up, and I am 78 years old. I usually have problems putting together anything. I put it together yesterday and did two 10 min.sessions. Feels so good!
Great product for senior citizens to improve balance and strength. There are so many different exercises you can do with this product. My wife (83 years old) and I love it.
