Loose connection
When i receive it, i m so happy but connection is loose so i have to return it.

Buttons are head to press
Makes really good rice, but the buttons are extremely hard to press. It can take 3 to 4 minutes to have it work. I do not recommend for you to buy it. I purchased it about a month ago, and just began using and it is too late to return it. Do not waste your money!!

Little practical thing
We normally did not bother getting a rice cooker because it's relatively easy to do. However, the biggest factor was not finding one brand that we could trust the materials with. After seeing this one, we decided to give it a try, and we are so happy we did. It's super easy to use, consistent results and you set it and walk away. Our son is now able to cook rice without any supervision which is also a big plus. Definitely recommend

4 cup rice cooker
I have a busted cooker... why oh why can't the buttons do what you press them to do? This makes no sense at all. It sets its own time and I can't press a button to get it to do anything!!!!!! It's infuriating.

BROKEN in a month
I bought this item in April and it is BROKEN now (May). Not a good quality and i don’t know if i can return it or what.

Nice and fluffy
