Bad , never used and not working . And the returned policy is 30 days . Very disappointed

Please don't buy this. It worked for about two weeks, then stopped charging. Shame, since it really seemed to help. I treated this thing so delicately, and it still broke. I didn't take it on vacation with me to avoid breaking it. Of course, when I came back home and needed it, the return window was over and it wouldn't turn on or hold a charge. And, I kept it in the original box, never got it wet, and tried several outlets and charging cords. The mask gets positive reviews but I believe the manufacturer has reduced the quality since, because the instruction manual describes features the mask doesn't have.

Saw this face mask on POOSH wellness and was ecstatic to find Macy's carries the mask as well! Overall super easy to use and able to multi-task while wearing it as it has a adjustable strap to fit to your head.
