Received wrong shoes and USED

Very disappointed. I have been shopping at Macy's since I was around 15 yrs old and as the years have gone by, Macy's keeps disappointing. I ordered some shoes for my granddaughter's birthday and received the wrong shoes inside the box that had the picture of the shoes I ordered. The wrong shoes received were USED and arrived 4 days late. Someone at Macy's just doesn't care about the customer's orders or supervisors not doing their job.
