A well built frying pan comfortable to hold and us
I have been using a cast iron non stick pan for less than a year so this pan feels comfortable in the hand as it is lighter. The handle is comfortable to hold. The pan looks sturdy with the non stick coating and the anodized bottom. This pan takes a little longer to heat up compared to my old pan and it does not seem too hot but I only use medium heat for this. Some oil is needed sometimes so stuff do not get stuck to it (I was heating something, maybe almond flour tortilla and got a bit sticky without oil) but in general it is non stick. I like the look and feel of the pan. It remains to be seen how durable it can be with my usage as my non stick pans only last a year or so.
