Terrible order Experience
The product itself i can’t write a review on, as Macys sent me a used, damaged model. I’m still waiting on my replacement.

I had nothing but problems with this machine. I ended up returning it. I couldn’t do anything to satisfy the needs of the machine. I tried everything for two weeks what happened to the simple machine machines that weren’t computerized

As soon as I opens it out and plugged it in by instruction which I'm not new to express makers.I even have a commercial one here worth about seven thousand I just wanted a small countertop. Restart making enough noise to take the house down.It got so hot in seconds.The whole body red, hot and I said, nope, this isn't burning my house down.The delongi usually has great products , but this definitely is not one of them.returned the night i got it!

Not as good as my old Delonghi espresso machine
I bought this to replace my previous Delonghi espresso machine and was very disappointed. It’s not built as strong. Aluminum parts and electronic buttons weren’t an upgrade in my opinion. I couldn’t get the coffee to extract more than a couple drops. The instructions said you can program it to extract for up to 10 seconds. Too complicated to use at 5:30 am when I just want a frothy cappuccino like I enjoyed from my previous Delonghi.
