[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely formal dress with beautiful embroidery and beading on it. However, it runs small. Based on the sizing chart, I purchased my normal size 2, but it was very tight trying to zip it up in the back area. I would recommend sizing up in this dress. Unfortunately, the next size up in this dress that I needed was already sold out. I am 5’4”, 113 lbs, 34B. The dress was also very long on me and I would’ve needed to hem up at least a few inches - even with 3” heels on. Due to the embroidery on it, I think it would’ve been expensive and tricky to alter it. Definitely a nice dress for taller ladies,

classic yet unique
excellent quality and color of detailed embroidery and beading was rich. I'm 5'4" app 135 lbs, ordered a 6 and needed little alteration. I didn't care for the see-through fabric in the front so I had it lined with black fabric.

Beautiful details
This dress is really pretty. The details are gorgeous, a combination of embroidery and sequins and the color are beautiful but the dress runs tighter in the hip area and larger in the top and there is no stretch so it’s hard to move in. If it fit better, maybe that wouldn’t have been an issue. I’m 5’4, 130lbs and I ordered a size 6. I am usually between a 4 & 6 so going up a size on this dress would have made the top way too big. If you’re slender in the hips and a little broader in the shoulders, it would be a lovely dress and a better fit.
