Unhappy with customer service
The product is great. The delivery and Macy’s response was not great. UPS said it was delivered to my front door. I did not receive it. I spoke with Macy’s Customer Service twice over a weeks time. I was told that they would investigate and get back to me. I never heard from them again. I never received a replacement. I never got my money back. Macy’s has always treated me more than fairly with the very few times I have had problems. I guess this is the end of a good shopping relationship.
