Sent the wrong item
Waited forever for the order to arrive. When received it was the wrong jacket and the wrong side.

Horrible compared to the old NIKE ACG down jacket
It is okay. About 20 years ago I bought a NIKE ACG Down Jacket which was amazing. It had an inner pocket- THIS DOES NOT. It didn't let wind through the zipper- this jacket does. It had a waste band, this does not and lets cold air up from the bottom.

Expect more from Macys.
Item received in used condition. Broken zipper, creases in arm showing item worn and strong smell of cologne. Expected more from Macys than to resell an item obviously worn before.
