You have to change the airwrap, the speed and heat for the lowest was too much for my scalp. I don't know why the straightener attachment is there when there is Oval brush. The brush is too big, if you have enough patience and needs too much of heat airflow then this is the product for you. My product came in damaged, not able to switch to cool air and Dry hair, so returned it.
