Our fan was installed 10 years ago in a guest room. Use was seldom and intermittent. Recently the light failed. I was extremely disappointed because the fan works just fine. If I had known the details of the "unreplaceable" bulb, I never would have purchased this fan.
Great replacement to a very old, 5 blade, noisy ceiling fan. Had the old one removed and new Casa Vieja 36" Imperial Bronze installed in under 90 minutes. Looks great and very quiet.
At first I liked this fan / light combo, however, after less than a month the light started flickering constantly. I have checked the wires. The remote works in reverse (D = non dimmable, ND = dimmable).
This is perfectly sized for my small laundry room. It fits in beautifully. I'm very happy with my purchase!M
