Columbia Women's Kruser Ridge III Softshell Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this exact jacket 10 years ago, but misplaced it recently and because I thought it was gone, purchased it again. Identical to my original, this is the perfect spring and fall jacket. Yes, I relocated my original, but I don't mind having two very durable, reliable jackets. My old one isn't even faded.

I love this jacket! I bought this jacket 7 years ago and loved it as well. I left it on an airplane and was heartbroken. So glad to find out Columbia still carries it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite jacket. I got one in 2020 and wore it almost every day for 5 years. It held up great, no pilling of the fabric at all. The cuffs shrank just a little bit over time but didn't look bad, and the zippers stayed solid. It is warmer than you'd expect given the thickness of the fabric when outside in the cold, but not suffocating indoors at all. Even after all that time it still looked professional enough to wear to work. I had a work logo and position embroidered on it. In 2026 I changed jobs and couldn't wear it anymore but I missed it so much I got a new one to wear at my new place and I love it. Hoping to get the new one embroidered soon, too.

Love the fit and it’s cute and not bulky. Have not worn it in temps lower than 50 so unsure of how it will hold up but this is definitely a spring early fall jacket

I haven’t had a chance to wear in cold weather since I am in SWFL but it is the jacket I was looking for in windy cold weather. I like the fit but don’t love the color. It is sort of a brown reddish burgandy. But on sale so I took it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Kruser jacket in the gorgeous, wine color. The jacket has a light, fleece lining for a tad bit of extra warmth. The sleeves fit me great and the wrist area is slightly fitted, which I like. I am 5’4”, weigh 145 pounds and the M fits me perfectly. The jacket is like an active cut, and is slimming. My only request for COLUMBIA is to PLEASE place an outer zipper to the chest &/or on a sleeve area, and give us inner pockets inside the jacket. Most of the men’s jackets contain these extra zippers & pockets; why not add them to the women’s jackets? Otherwise, this is the perfect jacket and feels so soft, is lightweight, and is a quality product. I hope to purchase more colors.
