My last Northface triclimate jacket was almost !0 years old, and it was my go to winter coat (Ohio). I sent it in for repair of the zipper (under the lifetime warranty) but Northface informed me that it was unable to be repaired. Instead they sent me a gift certificate to get a new jacket. This new jacket is nearly identical to my old one, and is expected to last for the next ten years of Ohio's winters. Thanks Northface

Zipper doesn't zip up anymore after a week. Tried getting a new jacket sent to me. They said I can return it and buy it again. No one will respond. Got it on sale and they want me to rebuy it for an extra $200.
i love this jacket. very light and warm. you will be warm in a t-shirt from 40 degrees F to somewhere in the sixties i guess. haven't had it in spring or fall yet.
fits great and the multiple layer option is great for skiing. 5'10 165lb with broader shoulders and the medium fits great.
