No good
The watch dial broke and can’t adjust the time or date I’ve been trying to contact stuhrling original. No answer on the phones or email. Just strictly unprofessional. And Macys can’t do anything about it because it’s was a day over the return period which is only 30 days and it took 5-7 days to receive it from purchase date.

I JUST RECEIVED MY STUHRLING DATEMASTER SWISS AUTOMATIC WRIST WATCH UNFORTUNATELY SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE HAND (SECONDS) I TRIED TO CALL STUHRLING # 718-840-5760 FOR 3 DAYS BUT NOBODY ANSWERING.
