WEAR by Erin Andrews Women's Tan Charlotte Hornets Tonal Felt Patch Full-Zip Hoodie

This NBA hoodie is wonderful except for the fact that I ordered a Boston Celtics and they sent me a Charlotte Hornets. When I called customer service they told me that was what I ordered. I knew I had not made that big a mistake but there was no arguing with them. I was going to send it back and reorder Boston Celtics when I came across another review for this same hoodie. The customer had ordered Denver Nuggets and received Charlotte Hornets not once but twice! Also customer service told me I could return it to any Macy's store. Not true. It states right on the page returns must be sent back since they are sports logo items and I assume come from an outside vendor. Too bad because I loved the hoodie but too much aggravation.

I ordered a Boston Celtics hoodie. When I went to check the status of delivery a couple of days later, it had changed. Same hoodie but team logo for Charlotte Hornets. I called customer service but they insisted that is what I ordered. I live in Boston!!! Then I read a review of someone who had ordered the same hoodie for the Denver Nuggets but received Charlotte Hornets. She reordered and the same thing happened again. Not going to even bother to try and reorder.

Ordered Nuggets and BOTH times Macys sent Hornets!
