Lid to pot was damaged
I ordered this on April 3 as a wedding gift for friends; I received it on April 14, took it home to gift wrap, but I'm glad I opened it first. The knob on the glass lid was chipped and broken! :( I took a picture of it on my phone, but it will not allow me to make the picture smaller so I can send it here. :(

Damaged
Received in the mail only to open and find that the lid handle was broken. After reading the reviews, I’m seeing that this is an ongoing issue for many customers who have purchased.

Lid handle broken when I opened the box
This was a gift. But I decided to open it and check. Past Reviews said broken handle Good I did I would have been embarrassed for them to see broken handle. Will macys replace handle? Item no longer available
