Not sure if should it be considered a tote bag, I made a mistake and didn’t read the past reviews. Only one handle, very small to carry overt the shoulders. Material was kind of ok. But Macys products gave to offer better quality products.
The description states that there are long handles to carry it over your shoulder. There is only the one handle as shown in the picture. It also has a strong chemical smell. I only bought it because I love BergHoff products and I needed something to keep my important documents together. It will serve that purpose.
The bag wasn't what I thought it would be. It was smaller than I imaged.
