Defective No EFFY TAGS ATTACHED

I received this ring July 29 2026 When I opened the box the ring was inside there was No EFFY tags attached neither NO EFFY LOGO on the ring! The ring came in a Macy box NOT EFFY BOX . I’m not sure if this an AUTHENTIC EFFY RING/ STONES. Contacted Macys regarding my concerns of EFFY AUTHENTICITY. Initiated a Return. Buyers please make this beautiful ring has authentic stones and diamonds/ GOLD as well as Authentic EFFY RING. ( One of the metal PRONES IS RAISED!!! I’m have purchased EFFY JEWELRY IN THE PAST BUT NOT LIKE THIS ONE DEFECTIVE
