These table Napkin on Macy's website is advertised as a 6 pack but when it arrives it's only 4 in the pack. Macy's honor what you advertised. Your representative is advising to return the item if you don't want it but it's only right to send out the 2 missing napkin for the customer.
False advertising
These were Nice quality pink checked cloth napkins, bought 12 to set my Easter tablescape. Washed and ironed well.
Can't give a good review on the item, because it was never received.
I ordered two sets of these napkins for an outdoor Easter brunch. I needed 12, but only 4 were in each set, for a total of 8. I am hopeful Macy’s will make this right.
Unfortunately I bought these napkins thinking they were a set of six They are a set of four and it’s label on the bag as a set.of 4 so i had to purchase another set I believe there is an error on the website because they state a set of six please correct the amount of napkins you are receiving thank you.
