I wear a 7 1/2 and I went with the wide because the reviews stated that they were narrow. They are not. They were way too big so I would size down and the width is probably perfect for somebody that needed a wide foot shoe.

Beautiful shoe but no cushion at all. It feels like you're stepping into a rock. I wanted to wear them to work, but I never have because I don't believe in self-torture.
The denim look to these is really pretty and can be dressed up or down. These are true to size for me and really comfortable. I wear these for hours at a time and not feel any pain or discomfort. The bow is so cute too.

I have narrow feet but have a small bunion. These hit just right as not to put pressure on it. And there is a little extra room for me to even add a cushion pad if needed. I have only had them a week and have worn them around the house. I believe they will be comfortable for church, etc.
