Sexy but came damaged

I was excited to have a new, nice bag and this one looked fun and sexy. For the price, I was expecting that it’d come better packaged. The leather was damaged (faded in some areas, wrinkly in others) and thread was fraying. I have photos but I don’t see where to upload those.
