This Vince Camuto top fits great. I bought an XL (14). The material is silky, so on hot days it may cling to you. But, it can be worn with jeans, dress or skirt, you could possibly layer it over a sundress. This piece has endless possibilities.

I got this and the wide legged pants for a fantastic price. To be honest, I would never pay the full price for either. The top fits great and is long enough to cover my hips. The polyester is soft and silky and looks great. I cannot wait for the weather to warm up.
