Support is not ‘firm’ in my opinion, so I plan to return the pillows.

Not the same quality!
I've beeing buying these pillows for years and first time encountering such a poor quality. These don't stay firm and fluffy as they used to. The inside feels like about to fall apart

Curbside pickup
I selected Extra Firm pillows and received Firm pillows. Also, curbside pickup was not available because the service person said she was alone and busy. Don’t offer curbside pickup if you can’t support it.
