When my package arrived, the pump for the shampoo was broken. I was able to use it for a period of time, but orange goo completely caked the bottle and my shower from the pump being defective. The conditioner bottle pump has since stopped working. The hole where it dispenses product is too short and gets product all over the side of the bottle. I believe its a good product but the design of the bottle/ pump is terrible.

I have been using these shampoos and conditioners for two years and my scalp have never had any of the issues I had before. Really works for me. I can tell because if I stop using it (like on vacation) my hair starts falling out much more than normal. Luckily after I resume using it, the hair loss subsides after about a week or two.
