In an effort to avoid plastics of non-stick griddles and find healthier option, I invested in this carbon steel Made In product. It works beautifully on our gas stove and has produced excellent apple pancakes I made with fresh milled flour.

Next level carbon steel. From excellent information related to care and seasoning the Griddle to the sleek look of the griddle itself. Looks and feels solid to last a lifetime. The smash burgers were such a hit, my guest were asking a lot of questions about the griddle !
I have been wanting this griddle for a while now and recently picked it up. Have already done a few cooks on it including smash burgers, seared shrimp, and French toast.
Watched video after video; slow process and did it properly to season. Prying steaks off of the “non-cook” surface. Do not recommend.
We're very happy with the griddle - it was a great replacement when we purchased an induction range. It works well with the cooktop and things cook evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this and used it once so far. The griddle is beautiful and a very practical size. You can have two or three pancakes, depending on the size, cooking at the same time. Because it was a first use, seasoning and prepping the pan for first use was a little tricky. But I can see that prepping and cleaning the griddle will get easier from here. We really like it so far!
The carbon steel griddle has performed very well, both outdoor on the gas grill and indoor on the gas range. Clean up us easy.
