Too thin
I've been buying slightly different versions of this cardigan in different colors since many years and used to consider it to be a staple. The price has gone up a bit over time which was understandable. But this year its way too thin and feels wispy. Was going to buy it in black too but now forced to look for an alternate.

Poorly constructed
Fabric is good, also the colour. However, the sleeves are at least 7" too long and one side seam is badly sewn so it bumps out. Have to return this, sorry.

Thin and scratchy
I was shocked when I received my order and opened the package. I thought they must have sent a NON cashmere sweater by mistake. Such a disappointment. I have many Charter Club cashmere sweaters but this sweater was nothing like the others. Avoid!

Item appears to have been used and/or worn
The item had pet and human hair all over it! Yet it was packaged and sold to me as new. I was immediately disgusted when I opened it. No quality control here whatsoever.

Wanted a long lightweight sweater. First one I received was poorly sewn & uneven sides. Disappointed & returned.
