I can’t review the sandals themselves because I never received them. They are beautiful and reasonably priced, which is why I ordered them. My issue is with Macy’s. They chose to use an unfamiliar courier that left my package on the street instead of delivering it securely. Someone walking by stole the package. I immediately reported the theft to both Macy’s and the courier. Despite paying for the product, I have not been offered a replacement or a refund. This is extremely disappointing. Macy’s decision to save money by using unreliable delivery services has left me without the product I paid for, and their lack of customer support has made the experience even worse. Customers should not have to absorb the loss caused by poor delivery practices.
