Durango Crush White Western Boot

I bought the product a month ago, but was not pleased with the boot, did not fit well.

Great buy for the money. They don’t look cheap or chintzy. There’re very comfortable, wore them to two concerts already and no issues. I wear seven or seven and a half. Ordered these in 71/2. The fit is roomy and no squished toes. Very happy with this purchase so far.

I love this pair of boots, but the size was too big. The height and details are amazing--absolutely beautiful. I usually wear a size 9 in boots (two pairs of Durangos fit in a size 9). I planned on ordering these boots in a size 8-1/2, but I have not received the refund. The company sends the boots in the original packaging, wrapped in cellophane. So, I packed three pairs that I was returning in one Macy's box and mailed them back. Big mistake. The boots were received by the company's return department. I know this because I was refunded for one of the three pairs of boots. I sent an email asking about the other refunds and have not heard back. When you send the message, there is a note that they will get back to you within two days. Not in my case. I still have not heard back. So, I sent two more emails through the Macy's system, one regarding each order. We'll see if they get back within two days this time.

Beautiful boots but foot arch is too high and very heavy.

These boots are perfect for any occasion. They look great with skirts and dresses. I am on the shorter side and love where the hit my calf. I’ve owned many different brands of boots and these Durangos are one of my most comfortable pairs. It took no time to break them in, they were comfortable from the start. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
