I have used Schwartz Omega 3 Fish Oil for a few years. I noticed a big improvement in flavor inflammation and reduction in muscle strain. The price is very reasonable.

Bought the fish oil recommended by my optometrist for dry eye, I’ve been very satisfied with the results. No side effects like fish oil taste. Large pills but not difficult to swallow. I will continue using.

This is the best omega 3 fish oil supplement I have ever bought. I originally purchased this due to the high amount of DHA(which is thought to be excellent for brain health), that it was third party tested and lemon flavored (so no undesirable fish burps, yuck!). I can’t say it’s this supplement for certain, but when I see my cardiologist she always asks what I do to get my triglycerides so low! I really attribute that to these supplements. I have been taking these for over 2 years and will continue. Great supplement!

I have been taking Bio Schwartz for a few years now and it helps my overall health, I rarely get sick. My gut health has been so much better.
