Old World Christmas 4" Mars Wrigley Candies M&M's in Sleigh Ornament

This is the worst company I have dealt with so far. I can't speak to a LIVE person to get a credit for a glass ornament that came DAMAGED. It is not worth returning, and I am NOT paying $9.00 to return a damaged item that was damaged before they even shipped it. I can't speak to a live person and the chat is a total disaster. I am so disgusted I will NEVER order from this company again. No customer service, no help, I am out my money and have a damaged item and no way to talk to anyone. I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

Order never came, items never pulled, never sent out to be delivered. Ordered Nov 30th.
