I purchased the shoes because of the heels. And the shoes is very pretty. I love the shoes. Did have to return the shoes because they do run small. I did exchange them for another pair. You can dress them up or wear them with casual clothes.
I received the used shoes, you can see that they cleaned the sole, the peeled and dirty tips, I don't understand how customer service received this return in these conditions.

I purchased this product and when I received it right leg was too big even though both the feet were mentioned as 7M (right one felt comfortable ). I returned it and repurchased it (7.5M) and this time it’s the same right feels bigger than the left and both have the same size printed on them.
Very cute shoes but side straps are to big, don't fit the side of your foot run true to size maybe because of length of straps they are more suited for wide width
