Over two decades in and around the barnyard has taught us a thing or two about the type of materials needed in our footwear to stand up to the Acidic and Alkali elements found in and around barns. We have had success in using the rubber and neoprene found in the majority of our line, but we wanted to offer an alternative as well. So we pushed our design team to find a leather solution that holds up to our 100% MUCKPROOF standards and after years of experimentation we are proud to now offer a new Barn Leather Collection of boots that hold up to our high standards of quality and protection. The leather in these boots is not only Barnyard Proof but also resistant to fire and lime while being 100% waterproof. The outsole stands up to oil, gas and diesel fuel while being slip resistant on hard flat surfaces. All this while being supportive and comfortable as we wrapped all this technology around a footbed designed like the bucket seat of a pickup truck.

Waterproof
Bought these last year for barnwork and work around the property--- they have stayed waterproof held up really well. The only downside is the foot bed kind of sucked so I had to put insoles in them. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars. I would buy them again even knowing I need to replace the insoles right away.

Awesome Awesome
Awesome deal, I ordered these last year in womens for way more $ and didn’t fit right, couldn’t find another pair… now found these and got a pair for my sister also and in dark color.

Early days but looking good
Bought these for my son to protect his feet around our cows and from rattlesnakes. He trudges around the pasture a lot and the shoes look good. A couple years ago he was given a fancy and expensive pair of other brand boots that didnt last more than a few months. Lets see how Muck books hold up. They also have helped his sore ankle which he kept rolling when wearing flip flops. These are nicely supportive without being tight.

Bought 2 pair!
I bought a pair with composite toe to replace a Danner boot that was killing my Achilles tendon--these solved the problem! Ordered a second pair (soft toe) for non-work situations. Also, the price was really good on sale.

Nice well built comfortable shoes
I bought these for mechanic chores, and yard work. They do not disappoint. They are warm in the cold weather, and are comfortable after a short break-in. You do need to use the pull band on the back to get them on which is ok, because the snug fit keeps your feet from sliding around and getting blisters. I do think these are going to be long lasting. Well worth the investment.

Perfect addition to my "Muck" wear
Perfect fit, true to size. Well constructed. Reasonably priced. Great addition to my full-length "Mucks" when I have a quick chore that does not require them.

Best work boot I've owned.
First off Muck is the only brand with a true wide option that fits comfortably. This is the third pair over the past 4 years I have purchased. The boot is well built, water proof and feels even better with age. I have a family farm and I wear these every day, I highly recommend you get yourself a pair.
