Birkenstock Women's Florida Birko-Flor Nubuck Soft Footbed Sandals from Finish Line

Purchased a couple of weeks ago. They are perfect!

I have had many, many pairs of birks over the years and never had them fall apart like these have! It’s like the glue just completely gave out. The soles are literally falling off.

The shoes are very stylish but, not very comfortable..

This is my second pair.

I thought the soft footbed might be more comfortable than the ones I have with the regular footbed. So, I used the gift card I received for Christmas toward the purchase. The arch hit my foot in the same place and was not significantly softer. I returned these via mail. The return policy states that refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. I received a merchandise certificate which can only be used in stores not a gift card. I live two hours from the nearest Macy's. I contacted Macy's via chat and phone. I was told that a gift card cannot be issued. Customer Service requested the credit card info for the card that I had used for the rest of the purchase and stated the card would be credited, but I would not receive an email confirming this. Interesting! The card has not been credited. I have received Happy Returns gift cards in the past when I used a gift card for a purchase. I have always been happy with customer service in the past and I have frequently placed orders online. This may be my last purchase. I am not happy with the product, service, or amount of time I have spent trying to resolve this issue.

Super comfy straight out of the box!!!

Love the color, many notches to adjust with, at first hard to get used to the arch support. But after wearing in little at a time the foot bed is forming nicely.

I bought these in black 10 years ago and I finally ended up retiring them when I bought these! Comfortable, durable and they last!

Very comfortable love the style!

Always great fit
