Great

However, it does occasionally freeze, which is a bit frustrating. Also, I was disappointed that the panel needed to be replaced right after I bought it.

I bought this a few months ago and love the art feature and the picture. It is glitchy at times with the wireless one connect box and we are not able to keep the connect box hidden- it needs a direct view to the tv and is still glitchy sometimes

Really great TV
We have now had the Samsung 65 inch “The Frame” for a while and we love it. Picture quality is just superb and the layout is instinctively easy to use. This is a really great TV.

Great way to display photos
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the frame, to display a family slideshow, it performs brilliantly and with the AI it adjusts the brightness to suit the ambient light. This is a bonus for my wife who has vision issues. It is such a clean setup. Mounts on the wall very easily with the suppled brackets. The anti glare is very goof and combined with the matt artwork looks spectacular, it’s like we have our own gallery at home

Samsung Television Nightmare
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Has been a nightmare since we bought it. Our original Sonos, which only work with an optical cable, continuously disconnects from the One Connect, and the remote disconnects with volume, as well. Our former TCL TV never had these issues. We spent so much more for the Samsung and we have so many issues. You suggested in this survey to not comment on service, you should send a survey for that as well. Not great. I will have a hard time recommending this television to anyone.

Great choice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the Frame TV for a few weeks now and it has been fabulous. Relatively easy installation (but definitely requires some skills) and it looks fabulous. Spent an afternoon selecting art and photos for the resting display which is great quality. Its user-friendly and Ive found it quite intuitive. The remote control is light but sturdy and easy to use and the solar panel on the charger is a nice feature. The free live viewing provided is also quite good. All in all Im very happy with the purchase
