[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these sunglasses a lot. I wish the presentation was a little more dressed up, as I gave it as a gift, and it looked a little generic in a white cardboard box, so I removed that and just left the Gucci case.
I purchased these sunglasses as a new addition to my current collection, and they are absolutely perfect for summer. The sunglasses themselves look great and function exactly as expected. However, I was incredibly disappointed with the packaging. The box feels cheap and doesn't match the premium quality of my previous Gucci purchases. Furthermore, it didn't even include a proper microfiber cleaning cloth for protection. While the eyewear itself is wonderful, the subpar packaging honestly made me question the authenticity at first. I expected much better presentation from a luxury brand like Gucci, especially when buying from Macy's.

The shape has that classic, slightly vintage feel, but it doesn’t come off as costume-y or over the top. They’re lightweight, which I didn’t expect, so they’re easy to wear for long stretches without getting uncomfortable. The 56mm size feels just right too—not too oversized but still gives good coverage. I also like that they dress things up a bit, even if I’m just in something super casual. The Gucci details are there, but they’re subtle, which I personally prefer—it feels elevated without trying too hard. Overall, they just make you feel a little more put together when you throw them on. If you’re looking for a pair that’s stylish but still super wearable day-to-day, these are definitely worth it.

I love these Gucci sunglasses! I am a Vuarnet person but these Gucci glasses were on sale so decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did. Yes, the frames are a little larger than I am used to, but change is GOOD and these glasses are beautiful. I was concerned they might fit loosely but they fit well and stay in place perfectly. They came with a lovely, sturdy case that protects them when I am not driving around looking good in my Gucci shades. I appreciate Macy's dropping the price into my range. A+ purchase!
