Returned them insole is hard

Costs too much to recieve damaged!

Although something is a final sale, as a customer I should not receive items that are damaged. I love these clogs and the brand. But for the price paid im disappointed at the damage. And you know I cant return them but you should know long time customers such as my self may not stick around to support. Last chance/final sale should not mean damaged goods or you should post that.
