Mecale Realistic Sounds and Lights Play Kitchen, Ages 3+

Grandaughter enjoying her kitchen.

I was very excited to assemble this play kitchen for my child, but the disappointment started immediately. Upon opening the box and beginning assembly, I noticed that the sink handles were already broken. After I finished putting it together, the problems got even worse. Within just one hour of normal play, the clamps that were supposed to hold the cabinet doors in place completely ripped off. The materials feel very cheap and flimsy, and it’s clearly not built to last even light use by a child. This item is not worth the money. I strongly advise parents to avoid purchasing it. To make matters worse, after explaining the situation to Macy’s, they refused to offer any credit, return, or resolution for this defective product. Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the item and the lack of support from the retailer.
