i have used this product for years and clearly there's been a change in formula. I just bought a new jar and used it and my face is on fire and very red. I am not someone who is allergic to products and never had this happen before with this product or any other La Mer product. Whatever has been done to this mask has destroyed this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lifting firming mask. I had tried La Mer's lifting firming serum, but didn't find it made much difference. However, this firming mask is amazing. I can actually see a slightly firmer jawline and tighter skin on my face. You put it on - just like a cream - and leave it on. You don't wash it off like other masks. And the jar lasts far longer than the serum container does.

The la Mer The Lifting and Firming Mask really amazed me. It went beyond my expectations. As I put on the product, I could see a difference within the next 10 to 15 minutes, I could feel how visibly hydrated and plumper my skin is. This cream feels luxurious. It is lightweight, glides on the skin beautifully, and is quickly absorbded. It is very rich, but does not have the skin feeling greasy. It leaves my skin looking refreshed and rejuvenated and nicely preps my face for makeup. With consistent use, after just about a week, I noticed the skin on my face and neck was firmer, and my face was glowing. This product is now a staple in my skincare routine. I most definitely highluly recommend it if your skin is losing its elasticity due to aging or looks dull due to fatigue, dehydration or pollution.
