Exactly as expected! Fit well. Good quality! I would purchase again.

Looked a little scuffed & worn outta the box. Maybe it’s just how the suede lays, makes it a bit shiny on the toe & heel? Then again, maybe someone already wore them. Fine. Whatever. I put them on & they immediately started rubbing my left heel. Tried different thicknesses of socks, still rubbed. Besides that, there is no padding for your foot. It’s quite rigid & no arch support. Too bad because they’re cute.

I love the design and brown color, and in fact this is my second pair after my first broke in half at the sole after heavy use during the winter. To my complete surprise, this second pair caused blisters unlike the first pair. And after just 4 wears or so, the sole is detaching from the suede. I bought a second pair because the first pair was good enough-- but in conclusion this shoe is very cheaply made.

Brand new out of the box, and the boots are faded at the tip, so it looks as if the boots were worn already, i would not recommend these boots, cannot even return them

I loved the boot and it looked good on my daughter but the sole cracked right in half after a few weeks of wearing them.

​I never even received these boots because Macy's shipped them to the wrong address. When I asked to redirect the package to the correct address, they refused and said they would only process a return. Now I have no shoes and I have to wait weeks for a refund. Total disappointment. Avoid buying here if you want your items delivered correctly.
