I love this purse and wanted to buy one for a long time! I was so excited to see that it was in stock. Outside of the fact they my purse came with the security tag, I’m super excited to use this purse! I bought the cherries key chain to go with the purse and it matched perfectly.
I was so excited for this bag. When it arrived I thought it was so beautiful , it was the perfect size for me a fit exactly what I needed. I only used the bag three times. And each time the chain strap comes off. I don’t know why the hooks keep coming off. I went to the movies set the bag down and when it’s time to leave I pick up the bag and one of the chain has already come unhooked. The tags won’t stay on with the straps on either . I’ve already used the bag , so I can’t return or exchange for another . It’s really disappointing since I feel I won’t get any use of the bag over the fear of it coming undone . I expected better quality

This is a beautiful bag. Leather is soft. Just beautiful. Unfortunately I returned it. Bag given to me was a display in the plastic Macys bag. It had a few scratches and nicks from being handled in the store and I don't think I would have used it much. However, I did pick up the suede warm brown Tabby 26, a bracelet and bag charm for less than price of the kisslock........Macy's sales are great!
As COACH, I think this bag is beautiful, small, and just perfect for a casual night out. I’ve wanted to have this kisslock bag for so long, not only because of the tag but also because (I will admit it 😉) it was made in the year I was born. Perfect!
