Pretty, but returned

This shoe is very pretty, true to size, comfortable and it has the low heal for which I was looking. However, I do not feel secure walking in it. It feels like it is going to slip off and actual does as I am going up stairs. I don't think the front rise is long enough to have it stay more securely on the foot. Unfortunately, it is being returned.
