Bad quality not genuine don’t recommend online is different from store

I placed an order with Macy’s on August 9 for this perfume and another Chanel fragrance, Allure Homme Sport. My order was delayed twice, and Macy’s only took action after I contacted customer support. They eventually shipped my order with expedited shipping, but the delivery date was August 25 — exactly 16 days after I placed the order. What was especially frustrating was that even customer support didn’t seem to know what was happening with my order. If I hadn’t contacted them myself, I believe the delay would have been even longer. So, a word of advice: if you need something quickly, I would not recommend ordering from Macy’s. Sixteen days to receive two perfumes, and only after I followed up myself, is simply not acceptable.

Bought this for my husband- not only do I like it on him, this is the one he reaches for first.

Very disappointed. The perfume box arrived damaged with dented and crushed corners, and the order did not include the Chanel shopping bag. This is unacceptable for a luxury purchase.

Here is what you need to know. its a conversation starter, a conversation piece and it will make you seem and smell stellar, unique and Ive not met a lady that did not love the Bleu De Chanel Au de parfume. its one I have not found anything more charming and classy in many years. its just a permanent go to. Hands down the best fragrance I own

Ordered this online from Macys .This cologne is absolute garbage . Looks like it is a knockoff. It has very mild smell which last for 10 minutes. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I place this order since April 14th it was a gift and is saying now is coming late and it won't be here in time this is a really bad experience because it was a gift for someone special and now it won't arrive in time im really upset about this inconvenience

DoorDash stole the cologne I saved for to by someone for a birthday present Macys will not give me a refund or send back a cologne. I chose same day delivery and I am living in my regret
