I placed an order for a pair of shoes and received an empty box when the package arrived. I immediately contacted customer service and have now gone through four chats and two phone calls trying to resolve the issue. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, my claim has been denied. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially as a paying customer who simply expected to receive the item I purchased. At this point, I am very dissatisfied with the experience and the lack of resolution. Unless this issue is properly addressed, I will no longer be shopping with Macy’s.
